Emile Boutmy Scholarships

Applications are now open for Emile Boutmy Scholarships in France for bachelor’s and master’s programs for international students to fund their higher education at SciencePo University. For the Emily Boutmy Scholarship 2023–2024, international students interested in studying undergraduate courses in France must apply before February 22, 2023; candidates for master’s degrees must apply before November 30, 2022.

For bachelor’s & master’s degree programs, the Paris Institute of Political Studies offers nearly all academic subjects and majors under the Emile Boutmy Scholarship. There are several scholarship opportunities available to help students financially. The scholarship duration is 3 years for bachelor’s degrees and 2 years for master’s degrees. For Bachelor Degree:

All faculties of Science Po require three years to complete a bachelor’s degree. The Emily Boutmy Scholarships provide funds to bachelor’s level students at several levels; the amounts of each grant vary. The many forms of financial aid available to overseas students are listed below:

1st Type: 

€13,000 Annually, tuition fees

€5,000 Living costs for three years

2nd Type: 

€8,800 Annually, tuition fees

€6,000 Living costs for three years

3rd Type: 

€6,000 Annually, tuition fees

4th Type: 

€3,600 Annually, tuition fees

For Master’s Degree:

€12,200 Annually, tuition fees and living cost

Eligibility Criteria

• All international students except European Union Members. Also Swiss and Norway Citizens are not eligible to apply.
• Dual Citizens who have a citizen of the EU are not eligible.
• Students must have excellent educational backgrounds.
• All Educational Certificates and Documents Should be prepared.
