Jacobs Engineering Scholarship for 2023

Jacobs Engineering Scholarships for 2023 are available for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. You can apply for this scholarship here. The deadline for sending your application is 04 Apr 2023. This scholarship is provided by the University of Auckland and the value of this scholarship is Partial Funding, $6,000 towards compulsory fees. This scholarship is open to citizens & permanent residents of New Zealand.

Scholarships were established in 2004 and are financed by Jacobs. The main goal of these Scholarships is to help and motivate students studying towards the Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Engineering conjoint degree in all departments within the Faculty of Engineering. This will enable Jacobs to support the engineering profession by being involved in the education of future engineers and create mutually advantageous links between the scholarship provider and the recipient.

Eligibility Criteria for Jacobs Engineering Scholarship for 2023:

• Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand.
• Students must be enrolled in Part II, Part III, or Part IV of a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) conjoint degree or a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) conjoint degree.

Selection Procedure:

• Academic merit.
• Technical ability and professional skills and/or technical ability as demonstrated in laboratories.
• Character and leadership potential.
• Contribution to the university and/or community activities.
• Potential to contribute to the engineering profession.
• General work experience.
• A candidate’s CV.
