International Excellence Awards All fields of study provided by the institution are available for bachelor’s degrees in 2023 at the University of Minnesota. Applying for this scholarship is available here. Your application must be submitted by a deadline that varies. This scholarship is offered by the University of Minnesota and has a Partial Funding value of up to $25,000. Open to all nations with the exception of Americans.

International candidates who wish to enroll in the University of Minnesota’s bachelor’s degree are eligible for Global Excellence Scholarships.

Eligibility Criteria for International Excellence Awards 2023 University of Minnesota:

• The applicants for Global Excellence Scholarships should be international applicants and not from the US.
• The candidates should be from the top 15 to 20% of graduating class.
• The applicants should be studying on an F-1 visa.
• Students are required to maintain full-time enrollment of at least 13 credits per semester.

Selection Criteria:

Students selected are among the best in their class and show a record of strong academic preparation.

There is no separate scholarship application available, undergraduate students are automatically considered for the GES based on an overall assessment of their on-time application for admission into the University of Minnesota.
