A bachelor’s degree in any of the university’s areas is available through the Presidential Scholarship Program at High Point University in 2023. Applying for this scholarship is available here. Your application must be submitted by a deadline that varies. This scholarship is offered by High Point University and is worth up to $30,000 in partial funding. This scholarship is available to All citizens.
The Presidential Scholarship Program honors incoming freshmen who have excelled in high school in terms of academic accomplishment, excellent behavior, strong leadership, and extraordinary scholarship. As long as the GPA standards for renewal are satisfied, Presidential Scholarships are given out at three distinct levels and are renewable for four years.
The applicant’s undergraduate admission application serves as their Presidential Scholars application. There is no separate application to be considered and the students will also need to submit official SAT or ACT scores from the College Board to be considered for the Presidential Scholars Program.
Through interviews and events, students receive the opportunity to gain additional fellowships and scholarships. Top scholar candidates will be invited to increase their initial scholarship amount by interviewing on campus during two separate weekends within the month of February. Formal invitations will be sent to admitted students that qualify for this prestigious weekend. Top P Presidential Scholarship Program will be invited to increase their initial scholarship amount by interviewing on campus during a Presidential Scholars Weekend in February.
